Not a proud moment but I did what my mind and body would allow me to do. I tried to keep going to complete the entire workout but was not happening, my form was crappy, I was just plain exhausted so I quit early at the 26:00 minute mark. The problem I ran into today after I maxed out at 13:00 was now I still had 17:00 to go and I was pretty much wasted. My mind and body gave out altogether and the 13:00 mark and I was maxed. I increased my max out time by 5:00 which I will gladly take giving today’s circumstances. I really didn’t think I could match my Max Out time of 8:00 being as sore and tired as I was going into Sweat Intervals today but yet again I surprised myself. So, instead I had a banana and went for it. My worry for today was I didn’t eat anything long before my workout and when it was time to push play I didn’t want to stuff my face before working out. Instead of getting my workout in and done in the morning I had to do it later in the day. Day 10 Sweat Intervalsĭay 10 happened to be another day where my schedule had to be flipped due to work. I was hungry, sore and tired before I pushed play today so I wasn’t sure how it was going to turn out. Only 50 more to go! Today we got to return to Sweat Intervals and what better workout to put on the “hump day” of the week. Well it’s official, I made it to day 10 of Insanity Max 30.
